At Marin Kids Yoga, we help children and young teens learn to trust their intuition and foster self-love. Learning the physical poses of yoga along with meditation and breath work can help children manage stress and anxiety, which helps support emotional regulation skills. Through self awareness and mindfulness we can teach children and young teens to tap into a more peaceful state of mind, so that all children can find a sense of safety within their minds and bodies. Through the practice of yoga, children learn to self-regulate and trust themselves. This leads to more compassion and self-love, so that all children and young teens feel confident and have a healthy awareness of their self-worth. 💜
